  Oh my lord – that is as heinous as some of the homes in Beverly Park.Ron Babcock If I was 8, this house would be awesome. I am not 8.alangregg Agree that that house is a monstrosity. It is the most expensive and largest listing in Sunset Beach, by $3,805,000. and 3300 square feet.   Almost unbelievably, that house sits on a 3502 square foot lot. It has 8000 square feet on three levels, which averages to approximately 2667 feet per floor, leaving approximately 333 square feet of lot space.

 Per google.map.com, the street view shows about 5 feet at most between this humongous house and it’s diminutive adorable beach cottage neighbor of 1247 square feet.  I don’t know if they can expand on the house next door and if so to what point, but if they can, it’s possible that much of the west side of this house can loose a lot of it’s privacy and be hemmed in like a sardine can.
